This medallion was custom made for the Lake Prairie Federation with permission from the Central Lake YMCA in Vernon Hills, Illinois. On the reverse is our image of a little indian boy and girl dancing around a campfire and circled by a clear outer circle for engraving program names, a personal message, or both. This is the same reverse die that you will find on the NEW PROGRAMS MEDALLION.

You can also order this medallion with a blank reverse for several lines of personalized copy, as shown on the right,, above.
